Midas Traditional Balinese Massage
Your specially-trained therapist will treat you to a full-body, deep-tissue, holistic treatment that combines long gentle strokes, kneading, acupressure, reflexology, stretching and aromatherapy to stimulate the flow of blood, oxygen and “qi” energy around your body, ease muscular and joint pain, rebalance your body, and bring a sense of well-being, calm, deep relaxation and spiritual renewal.

Shirodhara is an Ayurvedic treatment to enhance self-awareness, restore calm and vital balance to the mind, body and spirit, and to correct imbalances of the senses. It can also reduce insomnia.
Treatment begins with a face, neck and scalp massage. Once you are totally relaxed, your specially-trained therapist will take up to 25 minutes to pour warm herbal oil in a gentle, even and continuous stream over the chakra point located in the centre of you forehead, the point sometimes called your “third eye.” In this liberated state you may meditate deeply or simply abandon yourself to sensation.
As the treatment concludes, your therapist will wash and dry your hair, including a scalp massage and herbal hair tonic.

Using her palms and surface of her forearms to deliver massage strokes, your specially-trained therapist will deliver a firm, deeply relaxing massage based on ancient healing traditions of Hawaii.
